Product Description

The oil column formed alumina ball is made of pseudo-boehmite as raw material, After it is peptize to form aluminum sol, it is mixed with gelling agent, and Shape by dropping it into hot oil through a dispersing dropper, After aging, washing, drying, and baking, the spheres alumina carrier is obtained.
Compared with other forming methods, the spherical alumina prepared by oil column forming has the characteristics of good pore structure, concentrated pore distribution, uniform pore size, high strength, low bulk density, and regular sphericity. It can be widely used as catalyst carriers in the field of petrochemical or fine chemical industry.
