Ethylene and Propylene Series Catalyst is used to produce light olefins (mainly ethylene and propylene) with the feedstock of heavy fraction in the reaction temperature of 560-650ºC. It is seeking for high ethylene and propylene selectivity. The catalyst has high matrix activity for bottom primary cracking. Mesopore zeolites have been used for further secondary cracking. The active sites for selective pyrolysis are indispensable. The hydrogen transfer reactions need to be controlled. Comparing to other conventional FCC catalysts, Ethylene and Propylene Series Catalyst has high hydrothermal stability and metals tolerance.
