MS012 additive
MS012 sulfur reduction additive is developed for reducing sulfur content in FCC naphtha through adsorption and chemical reaction of sulfur compounds on the additive. This additive has similar physicochemical property to conventional FCC catalyst, and it also has good fluidization property and appropriate cracking property. The industrial application shows that, when the addition of additive reaches 10% of catalyst inventory, the sulfur content in the stabilized gasoline can dropped by 20-25%. This sulfur reduction additive does not have any negative impact on operation and product yield distribution of FCC unit.
